Orders, Shipping & Payment

This section relates to issues regarding orders, shipping payment and methods. You may also refer to our Customer Services section, or contact a representative.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders and electronic checks via a paypal account. We will accept your mailed payments, but processing times may be extended 7-10 business days while your check clears. If paying with a paper check, please send a certified bank check. Please make all checks and/or money orders payable to The Exclusive Touch. Please send all payments to:

Why do I have to pay you first? You haven’t even shipped my order yet?

The Majority of the items at The Exclusive Touch are custom made to order and shipped immediately when they are finished. Therefore, we need a financial commitment from you, the customer, before we may continue with your order. All payments are processed immediately and no work is started on your order until payment has been received in full and funds have cleared.

Is there a minimum order?

On most products there are no minimums, but there are a few products that may require minimum orders including but not limited to new items for custom groups.  But we can fill your order, no matter how large or small.

Can I get my item faster?

There are a few ways that you can get your items faster. First, for certain items, there is a "Rush Order" option that you can select to have that item's time in production reduced. This option costs an additional $25-$50 per item depending on the item. This "Rush Order" fee applies to the production of your item ONLY and reduces your production time by 50 percent. Please view our production schedule for production times. Secondly if you need an item within one week you can opt for Super Rush Service for an additional $100. Please call prior to placing order to determine feasibility. For faster delivery,  you can choose to have your order delivered by a faster shipping method. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Do you offer a discount on large/quantity orders?

Depending on the quantity of the order, we offer discounts.

Quantity 6-12 -10% discount, Quantity 13- 23 - 15% discount, Quantity 24 and above - 20% discount

Quotes may be issued by email or fax. All verbal quotes will be followed up by written communication within 24 hours. All quotes will be honored for approximately 30 days. After such time has elapsed, the quote will be considered expired and will then be null and void.

How long is shipping to me?

Custom Items: After production, all orders are shipped via the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout unless otherwise instructed. Depending on your location in the US, it may take anywhere from 1-5 business days for orders shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost. These methods can reduce your item's time in transit to 1-3 business days.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests will only be considered within 48 hours of order placement and if production of the order has not begun. A $30 cancellation fee may apply to all canceled orders at the discretion of The Exclusive Touch. Please refer the Cancellation policy in "Our Policies" for cancellation information.

Do you accept returns?

Return requests will ONLY be considered within five business days of receipt of the order.  Please refer to The Exclusive Touch’s return policy in "Our Policies" for instructions.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the method of shipping you choose and your distance from our warehouse. Before you check out, you will know how much your shipping charges will be. If you have any special shipping needs, please note them in the comments section or contact us before placing your order.

Fedex and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box and you select UPS or Fedex Ground, your package will automatically be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Can you handle large orders?

We can handle your order no matter how large or small it is i.e. one crossing jacket or 100 crossing jackets!

Do you offer other services?

The Exclusive Touch employs a very talented team of individuals with a myriad of skills ranging from embroidery digitizing to family reunion T-shirts and vehicle wraps. Depending on the service that you are looking for we can and do offer other services that may not be publicized via our Web site.

Do you offer group orders?

Absolutely! They are subject to the stated production guidelines and may be eligible for quantity discounts.  Download the group order form inside of "Our Policies", or contact us for the group order form.  Once the form has been filled out, email or fax it to orders@extouch.com, or (216)-206-0396 (fax)
